Contact Management

Multiple addresses/companies per contact. Unlimited programs and sub-programs (and sub-sub-programs...etc.) can be used to subdivide your master list. You set up the programs that you need. You can also subdivide your list by other fields such as Affiliation, Priority, Source, and more.
Generate mailings (labels, envelopes), lists, faxes, e-mails, mail merges, and more -- based on criteria you choose.
Keeps track of addresses, phone numbers and other contact information. Supports unlimited addresses per contact.

Program Integration

Use the Palm HotSync feature to automatically update your Palm with fresh data (using SmartList To Go). Pocket PC support. You can use Word as your letter-writer and benefit from Word's rich formatting options. Instantly send any report to Excel for additional analysis. Synchronize with Outlook's Calendar and Tasks (To Do). Built on MS Office technology that allows for easy interfacing with other Microsoft products.

Send faxes (individual or bulk) using WinFax, Personalized or bulk Emails are sent using Outlook, Connect to MyTeam1 for phone tree calling services or export your data in a wide variety of formats to be used with other programs.

The FileLink feature establishes links between your contacts with files on your computer. Open these files directly from the database. Enter notes associated with each file link.

Donations and Pledges

Keep track of donation or other income. Each donation is assigned a Category and Subcategory. You setup the categories to fit your needs. Navigating to a contact instantly shows the donations along with summary information. Split one payment between multiple categories and apply to multiple bills.

Automatic Thank You letters

Easily setup and generate pledge and thank-you letters. You can generate letters individually or as a batch. The system tracks which letters were sent. Optionally use Word as your letter-writer or export data for other programs.

Track enrollment by bunks or classes. Generate monthly invoices and statements. Setup payment schedules for easy data entry.

Expenses

Keep track of expenditures by Category and Subcategory in multiple bank accounts for your organization’s expenses. Enter checks in a checkbook-like form. Completely integrated with the income. Transfer funds between accounts. Bank Statement Reconciliation. Check, Cash or Credit Card Accounts.

Event Reservation

Dinners, Classes, Shabbatons, etc. Easily track attendance for various groups (Adults, Children, Students, etc.). Fully integrated with the billing and payment system for invoicing, letters and reports.

Complete Billing

Billing system automatically generates invoices and statements for various user defined categories (events, tuition, pledges - see above). Billing can also be used to track orders for Judaic items, such as Matza, Lulov, Tefilin, etc. You setup the categories as you need them.

Flexible and Powerful reporting

So easy to create yet so powerful. Whether it is a simple contact report (a list of names) or a more complex financial report (donation by solicCaring and personal. You are not dealing with some unknown business (mit a fremde), rather, with a fellow Shliach who is extremely knowledgeable in this field and dedicated to this project. Emergency cell phone support is available after hours as well. Over 800 Shluchim are successfully and happily using the program. References are available upon request.

Track individual family members

Enter as many family members (children or other relatives) for a contact. You can associate individual family members to programs. Just as with the Main Contact, you can generate lists, mailings, faxes, emails, etc. to a group of family members (children, for example) based on Family Programs and other criteria.

Occasions tracking, Hebrew Dates

Do you know who’s Yahrtzeit is coming up this month? With Occasion tracking you can instantly have a report of the upcoming occasions, send Yahrtzeit reminder letters, print call lists and more.
Enter Birthdays and Anniversaries for various family members.
Automatic Hebrew Date calculations are built in. Simply enter the date and the Hebrew date is entered automatically. You choose the date range and generate reports for upcoming birthdays or print letters for upcoming Yahrtzeits, and more.

You can set the program to automatically backup your data to a location of your choice.

Networking and Security

The program can be setup to be used by multiple computers over a network. In a network setup, each computer has a copy of the program but share the same data. Any changes one user makes will be updated on all computers across the network.
To protect your data, you can set a simple password for the entire program or if you need various levels of access, you can setup ‘permissions’ for different users or groups. For example, you may decide that only the fundraiser have access to the financial aspect of the program, while the secretary should manage the address/phone list.

Simple and easy to use

You can view almost all information regarding a contact on one screen. By choosing various tabs, you can change the view from Address to Donations to Occasions etc.
No programming knowledge is required. Program is user-friendly and has a very small learning curve. Program is designed using standard Office design. If you are familiar with Word, Outlook or any other Windows/Office program, getting used to CMS is a snap.
