addresses/companies per contact. Unlimited programs and sub-programs (and
sub-sub-programs...etc.) can be used to subdivide your master list. You set up
the programs that you need. You can also subdivide your list by other fields
such as Affiliation, Priority, Source, and more. Use the Palm HotSync feature to automatically update your Palm with fresh data (using SmartList To Go). Pocket PC support. You can use Word as your letter-writer and benefit from Word's rich formatting options. Instantly send any report to Excel for additional analysis. program can be setup to be used by multiple computers over a network. In a
network setup, each computer has a copy of the program but share the same data.
Any changes one user makes will be updated on all computers across the network. You
can view almost all information regarding a contact on one screen. By choosing
various tabs, you can change the view from Address to Donations to Occasions
etc.
